Hey Super Mom—sometimes that “perfect” item just isn’t the right fit. No worries! We’ve made our returns and refunds process as easy as possible so you can get back to snack time (and maybe a little “me time”).

Our Refund Policy

  • 20-Day Window: You have 20 days from delivery to request a refund.
  • Good-as-New: Toys should be returned in the same condition you received them—clean, intact, and with all original parts.
  • Non-Returnable: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (like bath toys that have seen too much bubble time, or personalized keepsakes) can’t be returned.
  • Defective or Not as Described: If something arrives broken or isn’t what you expected.

How It Works

  1. Request a Refund:
    Log in, go to My Orders, click View on the relevant order, click Request Refund, tell us why, and upload a quick snap if you like.
  2. If It Hasn’t Shipped Yet:
    We’ll instantly mark your order as Refunded and send an EFT straight to your bank account—no wallet fiddling. Expect the funds in 3–5 business days.
  3. If It’s Already Shipped:
    Your request will move to On Hold. Once we review and accept it, you’ll see Awaiting Return, and we’ll send you an email with:
    • Your Name (so the seller knows who’s returning)
    • Seller’s Name (so you can connect via Messenger on Marbles & Mirth)
    • Instructions to pack up and ship the toy back (you pick a PUDO locker or your favorite courier—return postage is on you unless it’s our fault!)
  4. Return Received & Refund Issued:
    When the seller clicks Return Received, we’ll manually process your refund via EFT. No wallet balance to worry about—just a deposit to your bank account.
