How to list an item
Go to Sell a product in the M&M Menu.
Complete the form. Listing the title, description, conditions, photos and price. Be thorough!
Choose Your Shipping Option:
- PUDO Shipping (small-to-medium sized items): customers pick up from a locker.
- Self-Ship (oversize items: furniture, prams, cots, big toys etc…): you handle your own courier or drop-off.
List Product! Your toy is live and ready for new adventures.
Buy with Confidence
When you find the perfect toy:
- Checkout: Select the PUDO locker, if PUDO is the selected shipping options where you’d like to collect it.
- Secure Payment: We hold your money in escrow until you click Item Received and are satisfied with the product.
- Confirm & Enjoy: Once you’ve got the item and you’re happy, mark it received—and the seller gets paid!
This escrow system means no one loses a cent throughout the whole transaction—complete peace of mind for busy moms and responsible sellers.
Buyer Protection Fee
To keep our marketplace safe and user-friendly, we apply a fee of 7% + R9.90 per transaction. This covers:
- Secure escrow handling of your money
- Free Refunds and Returns Policy
- Customer support & dispute resolution
- Continuous platform improvements
This fee is paid for by the customer.
How Shipping Works
Shipping costs are paid for by the buyer.
PUDO Shipping
- At checkout, choose your preferred PUDO locker for pickup.
- The seller goes to My Product Orders page, Clicks View on the relevant order→ clicks Configure PUDO Shipping.
- They select a drop-off locker and enter their phone number.
- The Shipment is automatically created, no need for the seller to pay a cent, you will receive locker info and drop-off instructions.
Please note, once you have configured PUDO Shipping you will have 36 hrs to drop off the item. After which time another shipment will have to be made by the seller at their own expense.
Self-Ship (Own Courier)
- Buyer pays a flat rate of R120. Seller will have to supplement this if the shipping costs are above this.
- Seller contacts Buyer on the Message platform to confirm destination of delivery.
- Seller packs and ships via their chosen courier. The Courier Guy is a great option!
- In Vendor Order Details, they enter the Tracking Number and/or upload a proof-of-shipment file.
- Once marked “Shipped,” the customer will get notified to track their delivery.
- Seller will receive the R120 in the My Wallet page.
Pick Up From Seller
- This is free!
- Buyer pays for the item.
- Buyer and seller should then contact each other on the message platform in the My Account Page to organize a time and location.
- Buyer should click Order Received in My Account page upon receiving and validating the order.

Please note: For safety reasons your address will not be provided to the seller. If needed, you can send the seller your address on the Message platform in My Account.
How do I receive my money?
Once your buyer clicks “Order Received”, the full sale amount automatically moves into your personal My Wallet—no platform fees, no surprises. Just head to My Wallet in your account sidebar to see your Available Balance, then hit “Withdraw Funds”. That action bundles up all your completed, un-paid-out items. Expect to see the money in your bank account (usually within 3–5 business days). It’s an escrow-protected flow that keeps your money safe until you’ve delivered—and ensures you get every rand you’ve earned.
